Casting processes applied in aluminum foundry, sizes and weights:
Permanent mould casting - casting size up to 800x500x350 mm, 0,3 – 20 kg weight, including castings with sand cores.
Sand casting – castings size up tp 1400x1800x600 mm, 10-200kg weight.
Low pressure die casting – castings up to 800x600x400 mm and weight of 1-35 kg, including castings with the sand foaming gypsum cores, castings made in multiple cavity dies.
