Iron castings
The iron foundry casts grey iron, nodular iron and alloyed cast iron. Production lines: 
- Heinrich Wagner Sinto Maschinenfabrik GmbH automated moulding line.
- Flask size 1400x965x350/350 mm. This line is mainly used for engine heads, transmission and pump housings and castings weighing from 50 kg to 350 kg
- FA-87 automatic moulding line with flask size of 800x700x200/350 mm, being used for gas collectors, hydraulic castings, fittings and railway plates with weight from 5 to 50 kg.
- Core mould line used for cylinder sleeve castings for locomotive power units.
- Hand moulding area for complex cored, furan castings. These are mainly turbocharger castings, generators and castings up to 1500 kg.
- Core making to 60 liters capacity for hot-box and cold-box cores from 0,5 to 140 kg weight.
- The foundry is equipped with electric furnaces having a combined capacity of 8 tons per day. Spheroidization of metal is made with usage of PROGELT equipment (core-wire method).
