To meet our customers' expectations ZM WSK has invested in its own Machine Shop development which specializes in machining of:

•  Aluminum castings - mainly for automotive and energy industries ,
•  Iron castings – mainly for  railway and shipbuilding industry.

We have a modern machine park equipped with 80 CNC machines.

Our capacity and modern equipment allows to fulfill customers' demands and on time deliveries.

Machinery makes us capable to work with both small and large components:

• the maximum dimensions for milled parts:  XYZ 2200x1600x1850mm
• the maximum dimensions for a turned parts: ø 1800x1600 .

We assume working batches form 1 to 5000 units.

Having modern semi-automatic painting line ZM WSK is capable to paint (spray painting) each component being produced.

All machined components at each stage of production are being  measured. Besides number of hand held tools we have CMM (coordinate measuring machines) Mitutoyo, CNC controlled which gives us a guarantee of complete control over the production process.

In the production process we use tools made by reputable tools producers. In the process of production planning we emphasis on shortening preparation time by unification of tools, fixtures and production processes through the use of special tools. Experienced technological staff, supervision and operators continuously work together on solutions that increase the productivity of the facility. We cooperate also with our customers on activities designed to improve the productivity and competitiveness of their products on the market.
